No, this is not an art site, it's a free speech site
2. Is there a point to this FAQ? :
Not yet... though one may emerge, hopefully
3. Have any questions been asked frequently? :
Not really, other than "When will this be fixed?" or "Did you know you have a bug here?"
4. So by definition this is not really an FAQ then? :

6. Why "Doomed Youth"? :
I thought the name was applicable for our niche, and target audience. Though it is not my intention to let only youthful/non-adult people view the site or participate.
7. Who runs Doomed Youth :
I, syrus, "run" Doomed Youth, though the community really "own" it.
8. Who made this version of Doomed Youth? :
I made this version of Doomed Youth; code, images, everything. Though versions 1 and 2 were joint efforts between myself and seven, who no longer frequents the site.
9. Can I be a moderator :
No, not yet. I don't know what I'm going to do about Moderators yet.
10. Will you code a site for me? Or help with one? :
No, as generous as I am. I have enough on my plate with this, and further plans for other domains, so no. Though I will still take paid jobs.
11. Will an open source version of Doomed Youth ever be available? :
Deffinately. An open source domain is on the plate for the future, though that doesn't nessecarily mean it will ever be completed.
12. Are the old versions still up/archived? :
Version 2 still resides somewhere, in a state of disrepair. I have no intention of allowing people to revisit it though, as getting it presentable is more work than it's worth. Version 3 will be up for a while, maybe indefinately. Though it will only go back up after Version 4 is established and I have time to disable the registration/interactive features.
13. Why a cattle prod? :
I think this was something from the days of v2, perhaps even before... I don't really recall... it's probably best left alone... *Evil Chuckle*
14. There was talk of selling dy t's before. Do you have any further plans to sell merchandise? :
I'd love to be able to make money from DY, just enough to make it self-sustainable. Subscriber features will be implimented shortly after the arrival of V4. Merchandise might be an option, it will certainly be investigated. Plans for a download section of DY wallpapers and WinAMP skins has gone completely out of the window after changing the appearance of DoomedYouth twice since the section was initially developed.
